ABSTRACT:
Biologically active substituted spiro[azetidin-2-one-4,2'(or 3,2')adamantanes] of the formula ##STR1## where R is hydrogen, --SO.sub.2 Cl, or alkyl, and one of R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 is an adamantyl group which shares a ring carbon with the lactam group and the other is alkyl, substituted alkyl, phenyl, or substituted phenyl, are disclosed herein.
