ABSTRACT:
Prostaglandin derivatives corresponding to the general formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents hydrogen, methyl or ethyl, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4, which are the same or different, each represent hydrogen or methyl and R is selected from the groups consisting of: ##STR2## in which R.sub.5 represents hydrogen, methyl or ethyl, R.sub.6 represents methyl, ethyl or acetyl and R.sub.7 and R.sub.8, when they are different, each represent hydrogen or a branched- or straight-chain alkyl group having from 1 to 7 carbon atoms or R.sub.7 and R.sub.8, when they are identical, each represent hydrogen or a straight-chain alkyl group having from 1 to 3 carbon atoms with the provisos that:
