ABSTRACT:
Method of transporting iron ore by forming an aqueous slurry containing by volume 20 to 45 percent iron ore; from 0.02 to 0.4 percent by weight based on iron ore in the slurry of a dispersant; and from 0.01 to 0.2 percent by weight based on water in the slurry of an organic polymer and moving the slurry through a pipeline.
