ABSTRACT:
An electrophotographic recording material which comprises an electrically conductive support having thereon a double layer of a charge generating layer in contiguous relationship with a charge transporting layer comprising a p-type charge transport compound corresponding to the following general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein: R.sup.1 is --NR.sup.4 R.sup.5, wherein each of R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 (same or different) represents hydrogen, an aliphatic or cycloaliphatic group including said groups in subsituted form or an aryl group, or
