ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to an improved composition for hybridizing polynucleotides with complementary nucleic acid sequences. Specifically, it relates to a composition for of increasing the specificity of a polynucleotide hybridization reaction in the presence of single-stranded nucleic acid binding protein.
