ABSTRACT:
A method for processing a silver halide color photographic material is described, comprising a support having thereon at least one of a light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer and an adjacent layer thereof containing, at least one compound represented by the formula (V), wherein said silver halide color photographic material is subjected to a color-developing-process with a color developing solution which a replenisher is replenished in an amount of 700 ml or less per m.sup.2 of the silver halide color photographic material: ##STR1## wherein A represents a coupler residue; R.sub.11 represents a divalent aliphatic group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and R.sub.12 and R.sub.13 each represents an aliphatic group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms.
According to the method of processing a silver halide color photographic material, processing performance does not change in spite of the reduced replenishing amount of color developing solution.
The method of the present invention is particularly effective with silver halide color photographic materials for photographing.
