ABSTRACT:
Poly(1-oxy-3-lactam vinylenes) of the formula ##STR1## wherein n is 1, 2, or 3 are disclosed formed by the polymerization of 1-(2-chloroacetyl)lactams having 5, 6, or 7 carbon atoms in the lactam ring. The polymers are useful reactants in polyester and polyurethane formation.
