ABSTRACT:
Compounds of the formula ##STR1## where R.sub.1 is H, or C.sub.1 to C.sub.6 alkyl; R.sub.2 is selected from C.sub.1 to C.sub.22 alkyl, cycloalkyl, aralky or alkenyl; and M is a pharmaceutically acceptable cation, are potent inhibitors of the enzymes 5-, 12- and 15-lipoxygenase.
