ABSTRACT:
The polyester comopsition is improved in properties at low and high temperatures and is prepared by mixing 100 parts by weight of a mixture comprising (A) 60 to 99 parts by weight of a crystalline thermoplastic polyester resin and (B) 1 to 40 parts by weight of a polyester elastomer with (C) 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of a bisoxazoline compound, (D) 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of a phosphorus compound represented by the general formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 may be the same or different from each other and are each a group selected from among alkyl, substituted alkyl, aryl, substituted aryl and alkoxy groups, and (E) 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of one or more antioxidants selected from among thio ether compounds and hindered phenol compounds.
