ABSTRACT:
Hindered silane compounds of the formula ##STR1## are prepared by the reaction of the appropriate silane and phenol compounds, said hindered silanes being useful as stabilizers of organic polymers such as polyolefins, vinyl halide polymers, elastomers, polyesters and polycarbonates.
