Organo silicon compounds having the formula ##EQU1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are alkyl, R.sub.5 is a hydrocarbon group or an unsaturated ester group, R.sub.6 and R.sub.7 are alkoxy, R.sub.5 or hydrogen, and R.sub.8 is hydrogen or an organic group such as hydrogen, alkyl or a group of the formula
