ABSTRACT:
A method of treating anorectal disease is provided which comprises applying to anorectal tissue in need of such treatment an effective amount of a composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and hyaluronic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in an amount8 of up to about 10% by weight.
