ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to a piperazine compound represented by the following general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein X stands for a hydrogen atom or a phenyl group, R.sup.1 stands for a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, and R.sup.2 stands for a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group.
These compounds are valuable as immunopotentiators, such as for the treatment of chronic rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases accompanied by reduction or abnormal change of the immune function.
