ABSTRACT:
Water soluble lubricant compositions comprising alkanolamine and organic acid are improved by employing a monocycloalkyl-1,2,3,6-cis tetrahydrophthalate or hexahydrophthalate; or a monoaralkyl-1,2,3,6-cis tetrahydrophthalate or hexahydrophthalate as the organic acid.
