ABSTRACT:
A radio receiver including first and second frequency converters to produce first and second intermediate frequency signals, a local oscillator generating a first local signal to be supplied to the second frequency converter, a variable frequency oscillator, and a circuit arrangement to produce a second local signal to be supplied to the first frequency converter based upon the first local signal and an output signal of the variable frequency oscillator. The radio receiver also includes a display means to display a received broadcasting wave.
