ABSTRACT:
Proposed herein is a process for preparing thermoplastic elastomers, which comprises dynamically heat treating polymer particles together with a crosslinking agent, each of the polymer particles being composed of a portion comprising a crystalline olefin polymer and portions comprising an amorphous olefin polymer, the polymer particles having an average particle diameter of at least 10 .mu.m and an apparent bulk density of at least 0.2 g/ml.
