The invention relates to novel substituted 1,3,5-oxadiazin-2-ones of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.4 are each independently of the other C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 alkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 -cycloalkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.4 alkenyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.4 alkynyl, phenyl, or benzyl;
