O-ethyl S-n-propyl-O-(substituted phenyl)-phosphorothiolates of the general formula ##STR1## wherein X is halogen, lower alkyl, nitro, cyano, lower alkylmercapto, lower alkylsulfinyl, lower alkoxycarbonyl or lower alkyl carbonyl, and
m is 1, 2 or 3, which possess insecticidal, acaricidal and nematocidal properties.
