ABSTRACT:
Amidinosulphonic acid derivatives carrying an unsaturated nitrogen heterocycle-containing substituent, representative of which are N-methyl-N'[2-(5-methyl-4-imidazolylmethylthio)- ethyl] amidinosulphonic acid and N-methyl-N'-[2-(3-chloropyrid-2-ylmethylthio) ethyl] amidinosulphonic acid, are histamine H.sub.2 -receptor antagonists.
