ABSTRACT:
A process is provided for converting feedstock comprising oxygenates to product comprising hydrocarbons over a catalyst comprising a high silica crystalline zeolite which has been treated sequentially by contact with a dilute hydrogen fluoride solution and then by contact with aluminum chloride vapor.
