ABSTRACT:
The fluorine-surfactant of the present invention has a fluorine-containing group and a hydrophilic polyether group bonded to each other through a silicon atom, and this is obtained by reacting an organosilicon compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.f is a fluorine-containing organic group, l and m are each an integer of 0 or 1, and n is an integer of 1 to 3, with a polyether compound represented by the formula:
