The headrest includes a unitary resilient body having an upper head supporting part, a lower placement maintaining part, a substantially horizontal and planar face separating the upper and lower parts, and a substantially vertical and planar back surface. The headrest is placed and maintained in an operative position by squeezing the lower part of the headrest between an upper portion of a seat-back and an adjacent portion of a vehicle body.
