ABSTRACT:
Herbicidal oxythio-substituted ureas of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R, R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 individually are hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, bicycloalkyl, alkoxy or aryl, and R.sup.3 is alkyl, cycloalkyl, bicycloalkyl or aryl. The oxythio-substituted ureas are prepared by reacting an N-chlorothio urea and a hydroxylic compound.
