The first pair of ends of the jaws terminate in a pair of generally parallel arm portions extending outward therefrom in a direction extending away from the second pair of corresponding ends of the jaws and spring structure operatively interconnects the outer ends of the arms yieldingly biasing the latter in directions to swing the jaws toward each other. The second pair of ends of the jaws include outwardly curving terminal ends for gently "pinching" an arm injection site therebetween.
