ABSTRACT:
This invention relates to new chemical compounds which possess valuable therapeutic activity particularly as lipoxygenase inhibitors possessing antiflammatory and antiallergic properties. The present new compounds are of the formula: ##STR1## wherein, Z and Z.sub.1 each are alkylene chains containing up to three carbon atoms in the principal chain and a total of up to five carbon atoms and include from 0-1 double bonds;
