ABSTRACT:
A compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is a C.sub.4 -C.sub.7 tertiary alkyl group, X is a halogen atom, R.sub.2 is a methyl group or an ethyl group, R.sub.3 is a methyl group or an ethyl group, or when R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are taken together, they represent a C.sub.2 -C.sub.5 alkylene group, and Y and Z, which may be the same or different, are each a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a methyl group or a methoxy group, which is useful as a herbicide.
