ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to tetrahydronaphthalene and indane derivatives with the general formula I: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 represents zero to four substituents, which may be the same or different and are selected from OH, halogen, NO.sub.2, CN, CF.sub.3, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy and unsubstituted or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl substituted amino;
