ABSTRACT:
An electrophotographic photosensitive member having an electroconductive substrate and a photosensitive layer or layers contains pigment particles of 0.5 .mu. or below in size in an amount of 80% or more in weight or number of the total pigment. The particles of the above-mentioned size distribution are dispersed in a binder.
