ABSTRACT:
A illumination arrangement for a shoe includes a D.C. power supply, a DC-AC inverter, and an electro-luminescent element which can be mounted on a surface of an upper portion of the shoe, or with a transparent area of the bottom portion of the shoe. The DC power supply and DC-AC inverter may be mounted in the bottom of the shoe.
