ABSTRACT:
According to the present invention, there are provided compounds having the formula: ##SPC1##
And salts thereof, wherein n is 1 or 2, X is O of NH, Y is O, hydrogen or a branched- or straight chain alkyl residue having from 1 to 4 carbons and R.sub.1 is a hydrocarbyl residue having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, which are useful as stabilisers for polymers.
