ABSTRACT:
In a transaxle (1), a funnel-like oil pocket member (60) receives lube oil supplied from a gutter-like projection (43) formed to overlap a ring gear to collect oil sticking to a side thereof. The funnel-like member supplies lube oil to a lube oil passage (47) formed in a main shaft (18) through a hole (63) and a space (.delta.).
