ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to yohimbine derivatives. Said derivatives have the general formula ##SPC1##
In which R is a radical ##EQU1## or R.sub.1 being an alkyl, aralkyl, alkylaryl, aryl group optionally carrying a nitro group, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 being hydrogen, a hydroxy, alkoxy or mono- or dialkylamino group.
They possess hypotensive and cardio-stimulant properties.
