ABSTRACT:
An object of the invention is to provide a high-resolution transmission type X-ray tube. With an X-ray imaging device according to the present invention, electron lens forming part100A includes a central axis part131, which is formed at the interior of a yoke130,and an outer peripheral part133,which defines the outer periphery of yoke130.A part of a front end part135of central axis part131becomes a magnetic pole110that is positioned at the side of an electron gun. A first opening111is defined by magnetic pole110.A part of a front end part137of outer peripheral part133becomes a magnetic pole120that is positioned at the side of a target300.A second opening121is defined by magnetic pole120.The value of diameter d2of second opening121is greater than the value of diameter d1of first opening111.
