ABSTRACT:
In a woven belt and a seat belt apparatus using the same, it is an object to improve the abrasion resistance thereof. A woven belt101is made by weaving warp thread102extending in substantially the longitudinal direction of webbing and weft thread103extending in substantially the width direction of the webbing. Employed as at least either of the warp thread102and the weft thread103is fiber bundle containing thermal adhesion yarns (for example, each comprising a low melting point filament component206having a relatively low melting point and a high melting point filament component207having a relatively high melting point), thereby improving the strength of the fiber bundle and thus improving the entire abrasion resistance of the woven belt101.
