ABSTRACT:
An article of furniture includes a frame and a woven panel forming at least one of a seat portion and a backrest portion having an exposed outer surface. The woven panel includes a plurality of synthetic polymer yarns attached to the frame forming interstices within the woven panel. A wash is adhered to at least a portion of the exposed outer surface of the woven panel and within the interstices. A plurality of the yarns within the woven panel is bonded together by the wash within the interstices.
