ABSTRACT:
A stand-alone support assembly for supporting at least one pass-through w rest in independent relation to a machine tool includes a base member, a slide base, a horizontal slide block and a vertical slide block which are mutually cooperable to facilitate positioning of a pass-through work rest in three mutually perpendicular planes so as to enable exact positioning of the work rest relative to a workpiece supported by the machine tool.
