ABSTRACT:
Modifications are made to the bore and to one tone hole of the instrument marketed as the Flutophone.sup.R. These modifications greatly improve the intonation and extend the range of that instrument by enabling the production of a series of harmonic intervals which are not parallel to the ascending pitches of the fundamental scale.
