ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to cosmetics having whitening effect, which contains ramulus mori extracts. The invention provides cosmetics showing excellent whitening effect prepared by adding extracts obtained by acting ramulus mori (dried young twigs of plants belonged to Morus Genus) with water, absolute or aqueous lower alcohol containing 1.about.4 carbons, acetone, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, chloroform or 1,3-butylene glycol, to a conventional skin-care cosmetic product such as skin softener, nutrient emulsion (milk lotion), nutrient cream, massage cream, essence and facial pack.
