ABSTRACT:
A white gold alloy consisting essentially of 50-54% gold, 27-31% palladium, 11-16% silver, about 0.05-0.25% of iridium or ruthenium, and 4.5-8% of indium and tin, provided there is at least 2% indium, no more than 4.5% tin, and further provided that if there is less than about 6% indium, the alloy must contain at least 0.25% tin.
