ABSTRACT:
A wheel suspension assembly includes first and second trailing arms (28, 29) pivotally suspended from the chassis (2) at one end and to a stub axle (26, 27) at the other end. The stub axles are each pivotally mounted to the center of a leaf spring (40). The opposed ends of the leaf springs are connected by a pair of links (37, 41), one link (37) being supported at its center by a pivot at the distal end of a bracket (36) extending from the chassis.
