ABSTRACT:
In welding materials, such as a composite electrode enclosing a flux within a tubular hoop, a combination of a solid electrode and a flux, a core electrode coated with a flux and the like, for welding aluminum-coated steel comprising on weight basis less than 1.5% of Si less than 1.0% of Mn, and 2 to 15% of CaF.sub.2 and 15 to 50% of a mixture of oxides having a basicity ranging from 1.0 to 12.5, the balance being substantially Fe.
