b) a heat treatment at a temperature of between 800.degree. and 920.degree. C. is applied to the buttering for a suitable period and .then a cooling cycle is carried out;
c) again, a preheat of the buttering is carried out at a temperature of between 130.degree. and 200.degree. C. and followed by a finish weld.
