ABSTRACT:
A wax applicator laminate for transfering wax compounds to a surface, the wax applicator laminate comprising a carrier sheet being substantially impervious to the passage of melted wax therethrough and being less adherent to solidified wax on a first surface thereof, and a layer comprising solidified wax which is adhered to the second surface of the carrier sheet. In the method of applying a coating of wax to a surface, the carrier sheet is heated to melt the solidified wax compound and to deposit a coating of wax on the surface.
