A crown is detachably meshed with the male screw portion of the pipe. It is characterized in that an inside waterproof gasket is interposed between the pipe and a crown cylinder portion, of the crown, inserted into the pipe, and an outside waterproof gasket is interposed between the outside and inside pipes.
