A discharge side flow path of the first pumping unit is connected to the first flow path of the joining chamber, the discharge side flow path of the second pumping unit is connected to the second flow path of the joining chamber, and the outlet of the joining chamber is connected to one end of a feed-out duct, the other end of which is connected to a jet nozzle.
