ABSTRACT:
The invention provides for a wall-mountable pagewidth printer and binder assembly. The binder assembly includes a support structure defining a media path. Print engines are arranged on the support structure to print on sheets of media passing along the media path. A glue wheel assembly is arranged on the support structure and is configured to apply glue to printed media passing along the media path. An integral page binding arrangement is provided for binding printed sheets of media together. The glue wheel assembly is configured to apply glue to an edge of a sheet of media passing through the printer prior to the binding arrangement binding the sheets together. The glue wheel assembly has a glue wheel and a partially hollow axle connected to the glue wheel. The axle has a rotating coupling for a glue supply hose from a cartridge of the printer. A camshaft arrangement operatively exposes the glue wheel to the sheet of media.
