ABSTRACT:
Polymer blends of ethylene-higher .alpha.-olefin-polyene (EPDM) polymers with highly unsaturated diene rubbers are cured using sulfur and a N,N-(higher alkyl) thiocarbamylsulfenamide as a vulcanization accelerator. The vulcanizates exhibit improved tensile strength, flex-heat build-up, and oil swell properties.
