ABSTRACT:
This disclosure relates to 3-hemisuccinate or 3-hemiglutarate derivatives of the biologically active metabolites of Vitamin D.sub.3 which possess Vitamin D activities and uses. The subject compounds also are useful as haptens which can be used to prepare immunogens which in turn elicit antibodies selective to said respective Vitamin D.sub.3 metabolites.
