ABSTRACT:
A viscous liquid processor includes a low-speed shaft and a high-speed shaft extending in parallel within a casing, and a plurality of agitator blades fixed on each of the shafts and spaced along its axial direction so that the blades on one shaft enter the spaces between the blades on the other shaft. Each of the agitator blades is generally formed in a thick disk-like configuration having a plurality of thick blade members, such a thick blade member having a parallelogrammic cross section. With this simple arrangement, delivery and shearing of highly viscous liquid can be performed to improve the agitation and stirring effects.
