A new cultivar ofViolaplant named ‘LORD PRIMROSE’ characterized by dense trailing habit, dome shape, green leaves and fragrant flowers that are violet and mid-yellow in color. In combination these traits set ‘LORD PRIMROSE’ apart from all other existing varieties ofVoilaknown to the inventor.
